SOCIALLY ACTIVE MS

ALSO KNOWN AS SAMS

Anyone who has MS is very welcome to come along to this monthly informal get together--friends, family or partners welcome.  We share coffee or tea and biscuits, chat, exchange ideas and experiences.  We also arrange additional social gatherings or trips which anyone with MS is welcome to join.

The coffee mornings are held in a fully accessible room in Marlborough House in Warrior Square, St Leonards.  It is an ideal venue, with disabled parking directly outside.

It is so important to have a safe place where you and others can share problems, discuss treatments and just have a good natter with people who really do understand.

We share information and ideas with the aim of giving mutual support.  We also like to have a good laugh!

So why not give it a try?  Held the second Tuesday of every month, from 10:30 - 12.00.

Come along and join in--we only ask for £1.00 towards the cost of refreshments and the seats are comfy!
