NEW SUPPORT TEAM
Our new branch support team consists of: Renee Hodges, Ashley Angell, Verna Lodder, Rose Austen and Sandy Bickers, all of whom attended the MS Society training course “An Introduction to Providing Support” on the 16th of June. They are a very diverse team with backgrounds in Nursing, Midwifery and Social Services to name but a few.
The committee is aware that many people are very concerned about being isolated and miss the home visits they have become used to, therefore we are delighted to advise you that Ashley Angell and Sandy Bickers are available to visit people at home. Rose Austen will be manning the telephones with a new dedicated phone number while will be widely advertised whilst Verna Lodder will be providing a befriending service.
Full contact details for the team will be mailed out to all members shortly.
